Tequila mule is a fun, ultra refreshing twist on the classic cocktail. The agave flavor shines in combination with the pungent bite of ginger and in our version the added heat of jalapenos is slowly released from jalapeno ice cubes.
Thinly slice the lime and jalapenos, place bits in an ice cube tray, fill with filtered water and freeze until ready to use.
Fill a copper mule mug about half way with ice cubes. Add the tequila and the lime juice. Top with ginger beer. Stir, garnish with a lime wedge or jalapeno slice (optional) and serve.
