Drinking beer and health awareness can absolutely go hand in hand. In fact, they do for most craft beer fans out there. When being able to enjoy flavor packed craft brews on a continuous basis serves as the proverbial carrot many seem to seek out a healthier lifestyle. Ourselves included – in a massive way.
Essentially, it could be argued that craft beering spurs and strengthens an attitude of action towards making healthy choices that range from embracing a regular exercise routine to intermittent fasting, intentionally detoxing the body and eating whole foods, often grown or produced locally.
On top of that there are many scientifically proven benefits of drinking craft beer (with emphasis on craft) and health improvement is a very real beneficiary of those.
