Lamb Sauce Classic Mint & Modern Recipes

Ingredients
1
bunch fresh spearmint
2
tablespoon
sugar
white granulated
pinch
of salt
pinch of black pepper (to taste, for balance)
⅓
cup
of boiling water
2
tablespoon
white wine vinegar
or apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Rough chop the mint leaves. You can use scissors if you want, look for about 1 heaping cup of chopped leaves).
Add 2 tablespoon sugar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add ⅓ cup of boiling water and stir. Cover the bowl and let the mint steep until the water has cooled down.
Add 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar, stir and the mint sauce is ready to serve.
