Sorbet Gose Margarita
Fruity sorbet and a pleasantly sour wheat ale (gose) fortified by silver tequila and complemented by Hawaiian alaea pink salt.

Ingredients
1 12
oz
bottle/can of Gose ale
sour German wheat ale with hints of salt
1
pint
of sorbet
strawberry, lemon, your favorite
8
ice cubes
preferably with a small piece of fresh fruit inside

oz
silver tequila
2
tablespoon
of Hawaiian alaea sea salt or Himalayan pink salt for glass rim plus a wedge of lemon to make it stick
Instructions
Use two pint glasses.
Pour pink salt in a shallow dish/plate. Moisten the rim of each glass with lemon wedge and dip into salt.
Place a few scoops of sorbet in each glass.
Add 1.5 oz of tequila to each glass.
Tilt glass and pour Gose over sorbet slowly as it will foam.
Stir well, add ice cubes and enjoy (a straw is most helpful).
