Beer Cheese Sauces
Beer Cheese Fondue - easy and fast work. Get the recipe and all our tips on how to make it.

Beer Cheese Sauce - you can make it with a variety of beer and cheese combinations. Our recipe is foolproof - even if your sauce separates, we share tips on how to easily fix it. Enjoy! Recipe here.

Beer Cheese Dip with Jalapenos - a spicy variation of the above using fresh jalapeno pepper, recipe here.

Pumpkin Ale Cheese Sauce - perfect for pumpkin ale season, but can also be made with amber ale. Use as a dip or as sauce for mac 'n' cheese. Recipe here.

Feta Cheese Beer Fondue - strong feta cheese, sweet ricotta, herbs and pilsner lager. Delicious. Recipe here.

Obatzda - classic Bavarian beer cheese dip. No actual cooking required. Recipe here.

Beer Barbecue Sauces

Kansas City Style Beer Barbecue Sauce - a basic recipe with infinite customization options. Find it here.

Chocolate Stout Mole - we use chocolate stout to make this deep flavored sauce. While its uses transcend brushing it over grilled meats, it is absolutely perfect for barbecue. Recipe here.
Beer Infused Condiments

Beer Mustard - make it as spicy as you want and as smooth as you want. We also provide tips for suitable beer styles. Recipe here.

Beersamic - this one is so versatile and so delicious. Essentially a reduction of balsamic vinegar and beer (we recommend appropriate styles) it can be used as a finishing sauce for salads, fresh cheeses, grilled/roasted veggies (like these cabbage steaks), grilled meats, fruit salsas etc. or as a glaze for citrus salmon, chicken, roasted carrots etc.

Beer Pickles - OK, not a sauce, definitely not. But you do make a brine with beer and in the end they are such a tasty condiment (especially along with a rack of spare ribs smothered in beer barbecue sauce) that we thought you might like to try them out. Recipe here.
Butter Based Beer Sauces

Beer Onion Gravy - goes with so many dishes, including breakfast items (biscuits, toad in the hole etc.). Recipe here.

Gose Beurre Blanc - so rich and decadent that we must issue a warning - it is butter heavy even though the citrusy, tart notes make it seem quite innocent. Here is the recipe for this insanely delicious concoction (either skip to the recipe card or scroll to #7).

Beersala Sauce with Mushrooms - our take on classic chicken Marsala. We use doppelbock lager to make a rich sauce with mushrooms, thyme and a few other ingredients. Get the recipe and see it in action with this Chicken Beersala. Works with pork cutlets too.
Beer Marinades & Brines
Beer Marinades for Chicken - several of our favorite recipes for beer chicken marinade are listed here.

Beer Marinade for Lamb - the spiced dark ale marinade you see in the picture below works for lamb steaks and lamb chops. The recipe for it is listed under #6 here.

Beer Brine for Chicken - it is always a good idea to brine a whole chicken or chicken cuts that you are going to grill (since they can dry out so easily). This brine is a variation of one of our chicken beer marinades, see it in action and get the recipe here.

Cream Based Beer Sauces
Creamy Pilsner Sauce - you will add a little bit of pilsner lager to deglaze shallots, then heavy cream, then chicken stock and simmer to reduce the sauce.. It is truly delicious. Get the recipe and see it in action with these chicken cutlets. If you want more of the pilsner flavor humming in the background - absolutely feel free to add a cup, not just a splash.

Creamy Beer Mustard Sauce - beer mustard simmered with cream = a delicious sauce for pork, grilled chicken, pan seared salmon, you name it. Here is how to make it + see it in action with pork chops.

Beer Infused Meat Sauces

Ground Beef Pasta Sauce with Stout - a wonderful marriage between umami of the beef and roasty notes of the stout. The tomatoes acidity is countered with a bit of brown sugar and the sauce is finished with heavy cream. Recipe here.

90 Shilling Lamb Bolognese Sauce - we call it 90 Shilling because we love to make it with this epic ale, but you can use your favorite brown or amber ales. Recipe here.

Pumpkin Ale Meat Sauce - pumpkin ale makes the flavors sing (we use ground turkey and roasted butternut squash). If not in season, use an amber ale or lager. Recipe here.
Sweet Beer Sauces
Beer Chocolate Fondue - oh, the possibilities with this one. As shown, it uses a hazelnut brown ale, but milk stouts, porters and even krieks or raspberry ales can be folded into it. Recipe here.

Pumpkin Ale Simple Syrup - you can make simple syrup with any beer by reducing it along with some sugar. In this pumpkin ale version we made it to drizzle over pumpkin strudel. See it in action and get the recipe.

Hops Salted Caramel Sauce - this sauce is perfect for drizzling over ice cream or beercicles and comes together pretty quickly. Recipe here.

Miscellaneous

Salsa Borracha - the drunken salsa of Mexico used to be made with a fermented beverage from the sap of the Maguey plant, called pulque. Today either cerveza obscura (dark beer) or tequila are used. Here is our recipe with dark Mexican lager.

Pumpkin Ale Roasted Pumpkin Dip - we thin out this savory roasted veggies and pie pumpkin dip with pumpkin ale. It is not to miss. Recipe here.

IPA Teriyaki - so very fragrant! Our version of teriyaki sauce is infused with hop aromas of tropical fruit. Use it with grilled chicken or pineapple shrimp skewers. Recipe here.
Beer Gravy Like Sauce - made by thickening the beer flavored braising liquid for short ribs or lamb shanks. All you have to do otherwise is smother the meat with it. Use this recipe or this one.

THE END! For now. Come back soon for more recipes or subscribe below - we have prolific imaginations, immense appetites and abnormal proclivity for the delights of cooking with craft beer.
